                         This exercise is helpful to improve the blood

BACK EXTENSION EXERCISE

Back extension exercise is helpful in Back pain Neck pain and

in correction of the posture Regularly Practicing this exercise is

helpful  to make the spine straight and give relief in Back pain

                             Walking on figure of 8 regularly , 10 

                             repeatation  in 1 sitting twice in a day
